通过深入研究上海金地嘉定新城菊园社区项目,分析标准层施工过程中影响工期的主要因素并提出合理的改进策略,经项目落实后,标准层工期提效为6 d/层,工期控制效果明显,希望能为同类住宅项目提供参考。

Through in-depth study of Shanghai Jindi Jiading New Town Juyuan community project,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the construction period in the construction process of standard floor,and puts forward reasonable improvement strategies.After the implementation of the project,the construction period improvement effect of standard floor is 6 days/floor,and the construction period control effect is obvious,hoping to provide reference for similar residential projects.
