高校学生组织滥权现象的原因及对策分析

Analysis on the Causes and Countermeasures of the Abuse of Power in College Student Organization

高校学生组织是沟通和联系学校与学生的重要纽带,具有代表学校与学生的双重角色,因此在做好学校、学生组织、学生三方对接的过程中,学生组织必须要明确自身的定位,做好相关的工作。但是近年来却频频爆出学生组织及干部滥用权力、“官本位”官僚主义思想严重等现象,引起了社会的广泛关注。高校学生组织滥权现象的原因包括三个方面:制度性根源问题;德育工作弱化;相关机制缺乏。从应对方法来看,可以从创新制度结构、加强德育工作,完善相关机制等方面着手。

College student organization is an important link between school and students,which has the dual role of representing school and students.Therefore,in the process of doing a good job of school,student organization and student tripartite docking,student organization must make clear its own position and do a good job of related work.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of abuse of power by student organizations and cadres,serious thinking of"official standard"and bureaucracy has aroused widespread concern in society.The causes of abuse of power in college students'organizations include three aspects:institutional root problem;weakening of moral education;lack of relevant mechanism.From the perspective of coping methods,we can start from the aspects of innovating the system structure,strengthening the moral education work and perfecting the relevant mechanism.
