电动自行车违法抓拍系统设计与应用

Design & Application of Illegal Capture System for Electric Bicycle

针对外卖电动自行车驾驶员交通安全意识淡薄、交通违法行为导致的交通事故居高不下等问题,设计一套外卖电动自行车违法抓拍系统,实现对外卖电动自行车闯红灯、逆向行驶及闯禁区等违法行为的自动抓拍,规范外卖电动自行车行车秩序,提升电动自行车交通安全运行环境。违法抓拍系统在上海市奉贤区路口实地应用,结果表明在布设违法抓拍系统的路口,电动自行车违法行为降低72%以上。

Aiming at the problems of weak traffic safety awareness of take-out electric bicycle drivers and high traffic accidents caused by traffic violations,a set of take-out electric bicycle illegal capture system is designed to automatically capture the illegal behaviors of take-out electric bicycles such as running through red lights,driving in reverse and running through forbidden areas,so as to standardize the driving order of take-out electric bicycles,and to improve the traffic safety operation environment of electric bicycles.The system has been applied in the intersection of Fengxian District,Shanghai.The results show that the illegal behavior of electric bicycle is reduced by more than 72%.
