汽车内饰产品注塑纹理光泽度一致性的研究

Study on the Consistency of Injection Texture Gloss of Automotive Interior Products

对比了汽车内饰注塑纹理产品的纹理颗粒规则和表面光泽度,分析了产品纹理颗粒深度不一致、色差不一致及表面光泽度不一致问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。结果表明:在蚀纹工艺一致的情况下,通过统一模具钢材、优化成型工艺参数,可提升汽车内饰产品注塑纹理的光泽度一致性。

The grain rules and surface gloss of injection molded textured products for automotive interior were compared,the problems of inconsistent grain depth,color difference and surface gloss of the product were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.The results show that under the condition of the same etching process,through unifying the mold steel and optimizing the forming process parameters,the consistency of injection texture gloss of automotive interior products can be improved significantly.
