关于新形势下农机培训的探索与思考

On the exploration and thinking of agricultural machinery training under the new situation

农机化的快速发展,不仅使农业生产的方式发生了改变,也让农民的生活水平得到了显著提高。如果农机培训不到位,将会给农业生产的机械化作业带来很大的安全隐患。从农民增收、安全生产、农机推广等方面阐述了农机培训的重要意义,围绕师资队伍、培训内容、教学模式、教学方法、教学设备等方面分析了农机培训存在的问题,针对改善教学条件、加强师资队伍建设、创新教学模式、改进教学方法等方面提出了具体的建议与措施。

The rapid development of agricultural mechanization has not only changed the way of agricultural production,but also significantly improved the living standards of farmers.If the agricultural machinery training is not in place,it will bring great security risks to the mechanization of agricultural production.From the farmers'income,safety production,farm machinery promotion,etc,this paper expounds on the significance of agricultural machinery training teachers.The problems existing in the agricultural machinery training were analyzed on the aspects of training content,teaching mode,teaching methods,teaching equipment.Suggestions and measures are put forward aiming at improving teaching conditions,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,innovation teaching mode,and improving teaching methods.
