导流栅对变压器油泵性能影响的试验研究

摘要 为了改善变压器油泵的性能,在变压器油泵的进口处设置导流栅。通过对进口导流栅进行设计,并对有无安装导流栅的两种变压器油泵进行对比试验研究,根据流量—扬程曲线、流量—效率曲线、汽蚀—扬程曲线等分析变压器油泵的性能;对变压器油泵振动、噪音进行分析。实验结果说明,加装导流栅能有效改善油泵的性能和机车运行的安全性、可靠性。 In order to improve the performance characteristics of the transformer oil pump,a diversion gate is set at the inlet of the transformer oil pump.The inlet guide grid is designed,and two kinds of the transformer oil pump with or without the guide grid are tested.The performance of transformer oil pump is analyzed from the flow-head curve,flow-efficiency curve,cavitation-head curve,etc.At the same time,the vibration and noise of the transformer oil pump are analyzed.The results show that the installation of the diversion gate can effectively improve the performance of the oil pump and the safety and reliability of the operation.
