摘要
在2019年1月国务院印发的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中提出,在职业院校、应用型本科高校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”(即1+X证书)制度试点,鼓励学生在获得学历证书的同时,积极取得多类职业技能等级证书。通过详细分析1+X证书制度,剖析模具设计与制造专业现状,提出完善职业证书体系、注重双师素质培养、重建人才培养方案、提升学生综合素质等措施,以提高人才培养质量。
On January 2019,the National Plan for the implementation of the reform of vocational education issued by the State Council proposes to launch a pilot program of"academic certificate+certificate of certain vocational skill levels"(i.e.the"1+X"certificate)in vocational colleges and applied for undergraduate colleges.The students are encouraged to actively pursue multiple vocational skill levels in addition to their academic qualifications.Based on the detailed analysis of the"1+X"certificate system,this paper analyzes the current situation of mold design and manufacture,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the professional certificate system,pay attention to the quality training of both teachers,rebuild the talent training program,and improve the comprehensive quality of students and the training quality of graduates.
