基于智库DIIS理论方法的高等音乐院校毕业生就业问题研究——以中国音乐学院为例

Research on the Employment Problem of Music College and University Graduates Based on DIIS Theory and Method——Taking China Conservatory of Music as an Example

该研究关注的是我国高等音乐院校毕业生因就业范围窄导致就业难的问题。它采用决策咨询的研究思路,和我国智库研究的数据-信息-研判-方案(Data-Information-Intelligence-Solution, DIIS)过程融合方法,对中国音乐学院2016~2019届毕业生的就业数据进行了统计分析,通过案例调查等方法揭示了当今艺术院校毕业生在就业选择、薪酬期望、社会需求、择业观等方面的信息,综合研判了现阶段社会多个方面在艺术生就业工作上的不足,并形成了相关的解决方案,为高等音乐院校毕业生的就业提供参考。

This study focused on the problem of employment difficulty of Chinese music college graduates caused by their narrow employment range. It made a statistical analysis on the employment data of the graduates of China Conservatory of Music from 2016 to 2019 by using the research idea of decision consultation and the DIIS(DataInformation-Intelligence-Solution) process fusion method for Chinese think tank research. It revealed the information of the graduates of art colleges and universities in the aspects of graduation choice, salary expectation, social demand, career outlook, etc. by using case investigation and other methods, and formed the related solution for providing reference for the employment of the graduates from music colleges and universities.
