国内典型智库平台研究方法的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of the Methods for Study of Domestic Typical Think Tank Platform

基于中国智库索引(CTTI)平台上列出的智库类型,选取其中10个典型的具代表性智库平台中的200份研究报告和论文进行了案例分析,梳理其涉及到的与智库相关的研究体系及研究方法,并基于数据-信息-研判-方案(DIIS)理论对这些研究方法的应用情形进行归类,对比分析各智库研究方法的特点和优劣势。研究发现,国内智库平台研究方法在应用上表现出了主体多、领域广、融合化、差异化特征,对各方法的适应性和优劣缺乏系统的论述和对比研究,会导致具体应用上的困惑。本研究结合分析结果,对我国智库研究方法的发展提出了具体的建议。

Based on the types of think tanks listed on Chinese think-tank index(CTTI) platform, the study selected 200 research reports and papers from 10 typical representative think-tank platforms to conduct case analysis and sort out the think-tank related research system and research methods, and used the Data-Information-Intelligence-Solution(DIIS) theory to classify the application situation of these research methods, and comparatively analyze the characteristics of think-tank research methods and their advantages and disadvantages. The study found that the application of domestic think tank platform research methods is characterized by multiple subjects, wide fields, integration and differentiation. The lack of systematic discussion and research on the adaptability and advantages and disadvantages of each method, will lead to confusion in specific applications. According to the analysis results, some suggestions were proposed for the development of Chinese think tank research methods.
