摘要
探索知识服务创新机理,为知识服务创新提供理论与实践指导。在对相关服务创新模型对比分析基础上扩展了"资源-过程-价值"框架,并用该框架识别了知识服务创新的决定因素,构建了数字时代知识服务创新模型。该模型能够解释数字时代下的知识服务创新机理,扩展了知识服务理论。同时知识服务组织可以利用该模型优化知识服务模式与知识服务策略。
To explore the mechanism of knowledge service innovation and provide theoretical and practical guidance for knowledge service innovation. Based on the comparative analysis of relevant service innovation models, the ResourcesProcesses-Values framework is extended, and the determinants of knowledge service innovation are identified with the framework, and the knowledge service innovation model in the digital age is constructed. This model can explain the mechanism of knowledge service innovation in the digital age and expand the theory of knowledge service. At the same time, knowledge service organization can use the model to optimize knowledge service mode and knowledge service strategy.
