机器人在脊柱外科手术的研究与应用进展 被引量:3

Advances in research and application of robotic systems in spinal surgery

摘要 机器人辅助脊柱手术技术日益成熟,是脊柱外科应用的发展趋势,与远程控制相结合,可在具有一定水平的医院实施远程手术治疗。机器人辅助脊柱外科手术,具有精准度高、X线辐照剂量低、医源性损伤小,并同时降低相关手术风险等优点,但仍存在缺乏触觉反馈、目前尚无法进行复杂操作等缺点。本文介绍目前国内外主要的脊柱机器人产品特点,基本应情况,概述机器人的优缺点。为临床医生提供参考。 Robot-assisted spinal surgery is becoming more and more mature, which is the trend of spinal surgery development. Combined with remote control, surgical treatment will be implemented in hospitals with a certain level thousands of miles away. Robotic spine surgery has many advantages, such as high accuracy, low X-ray radiation dose exposed, less iatrogenic damages, and reduction of related surgical risks. However, it lacks tactile feedback and is currently unable to perform complex operations. This article introduces the characteristics of the main domestic and foreign spine robot products, the general application situation, and outlines the advantages and disadvantages of the robot in spinal surgery to provide a reference for clinicians.
