半夏厚朴汤治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果及不良反应分析

Effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction on Secretory Otitis Media and Analysis of Adverse Reactions

目的分析半夏厚朴汤治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果和不良反应。方法选取本在2018年6月至2020年9月期间的80例分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,将其分为两组进行对比,对照组40例,给予常规治疗,观察组40例,给予半夏厚朴汤进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、听力改变情况及不良反应情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),听力改变情况明显(P<0.05),不良反应情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分泌性中耳炎患者采用半夏厚朴汤进行治疗可以提高临床疗效,减少不良反应发生情况,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effects and adverse reactions of Banxia Houpu Decoction in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods Selected 80 cases of secretory otitis media admitted by the Food and Drug Administration between June 2018 and September 2020 as the research subjects,divided them into two groups for comparison.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had better clinical efficacy than the control group(P<0.05),the hearing changes were obvious(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with secretory otitis media with Banxia Houpu Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which has clinical promotion value.
