分析鼻内镜下治疗真菌性鼻窦炎临床效果

Analyze the clinical effect of treating fungal sinusitis under nasal endoscopy

目的探析真菌性鼻窦炎用鼻内镜下治疗的临床效果。方法2018年10月~2020年10月将在我院接受治疗的真菌性鼻窦炎患者当中选择48例真菌性上颌窦炎列为观察对象,以治疗形式的不同之处分为两组,即对照组、实验组,各组24例。对照组用常规疗法,实验组用鼻内镜下治疗,对比治疗总效率、手术指标、鼻通气功能。结果治疗总效率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);出血量实验组少于对照组,手术时间实验组短于对照组(P<0.05);鼻通气功能实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论真菌性鼻窦炎应用鼻内镜下治疗,既能减少出血量、改善鼻通气功能,又能提升治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus treatment for fungal sinusitis.Method From October 2018 to October 2020,48 patients with fungal sinusitis who received treatment in our hospital were selected as observation objects,and were divided into two groups based on the difference in treatment form,namely the control group and the experimental group,24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with nasal endoscopy.The total treatment efficiency,surgical index,and nasal ventilation function were compared.Results The total treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time of the experimental group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the nasal ventilation function of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fungal rhinosinusitis can be treated under nasal endoscopy,which can not only reduce bleeding,improve nasal ventilation function,but also enhance the treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
