功能性鼻内镜手术与轮廓化鼻内镜手术对难治性鼻窦炎治疗的效果及愈后比较

Functional endoscopic sinus surgery and contouring endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of refractory sinusitis and comparison of the outcome

目的比较难治性鼻窦炎应用功能性鼻内镜手术与轮廓化鼻内镜手术治疗的效果。方法 112例难治性鼻窦炎患者为我院2016年3月至2019年3月收治,随机将其分为对照组(n=56,功能性鼻内镜手术治疗)、观察组(n=56,轮廓化鼻内镜手术治疗),对两组并发症发生率、疾病复发率以及治疗有效率进行比较。结果相较对照组,观察组并发症发生率、疾病复发率均较低(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论为难治性鼻窦炎患者应用轮廓化鼻内镜手术治疗效果显著。

Objective Compare the effects of functional endoscopic sinus surgery and contouring endoscopic sinus surgery for refractory sinusitis.Method 112 patients with refractory sinusitis were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group (n=56,functional endoscopic sinus surgery) and an observation group (n=56,Contour endoscopic sinus surgery),the two groups were compared with the complication rate,disease recurrence rate and treatment efficiency.Result Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower complication rate and disease recurrence rate (P<0.05);the observation group had a higher treatment efficiency than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Contouring endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with refractory sinusitis has a significant effect.
