西瓜霜润喉片治疗咽喉口腔疾病的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of watermelon cream runlaryngeal tablet in the treatment of pharynx and oral diseases

目的观察咽喉口腔疾病治疗中应用西瓜霜润喉片的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月期间于我院治疗的82例咽喉口腔疾病患者为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分组原则将所有患者分为两组,即对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。其中,对照组患者应用草珊瑚含片治疗,观察组患者应用西瓜霜润喉片治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率显著低于观察组(对照组为68.29%,观察组为95.12%),组间对比结果为P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;对照组并发症发生率高达31.71%,观察组并发症发生率为4.88%,组间对比结果为,P<0.05,差异显著,存在统计学意义。结论咽喉口腔疾病治疗中应用西瓜霜润喉片治疗效果显著优于草珊瑚含片治疗,临床上治疗咽喉口腔疾病时可首选西瓜霜润喉片,该药物具有良好的预防咽喉口腔疾病作用,并发症发生率低,可以大力推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of watermelon frost Runhou tablets in the treatment of throat and oral diseases.Methods 82 patients with throat and oral diseases treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the observation objects,According to the principle of random number table,all patients were divided into two groups,The control group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).Among them,The control group was treated with Caoshanhu buccal tablets,The patients in the observation group were treated with watermelon frost Runhou tablets,The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(68.29%in the control group and 95.12%in the observation group),The comparison between groups was P<0.05,The difference was statistically significant;The incidence of complications in the control group was as high as 31.71%,The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,The results of the comparison between groups were as follows:,P<0.05,The difference is significant,There was statistical significance.Conclusion In the treatment of throat and oral diseases,the effect of watermelon frost Runhou tablet was significantly better than that of Caoshanhu buccal tablet,Watermelon frost Runhou tablet is the first choice for the treatment of throat and oral diseases,The drug has good preventive effect on throat and oral diseases,The incidence of complications was low,It can be vigorously promoted.
