咽鼓管吹张治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效分析

Eustachian tube expansion in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children

目的分析咽鼓管吹张对儿童分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果。方法选择2019年9月~2020年9月期间收治的100例儿童分泌性中耳炎患者,随机分入对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采取药物治疗,研究组加行咽鼓管吹张治疗。组间对比并发症发生率、复发率以及治疗前后的气导阈值。结果两组均未发生并发症。研究组复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。组间对比治疗前的气导阈值,P>0.05;治疗后再次组间对比,研究组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论咽鼓管吹张对儿童分泌性中耳炎有显著疗效和安全性。

Objective To analyze the effect of eustachian tube expansion on children with secretory otitis media.Methods 100 children with secretory otitis media admitted between September 2019 and September 2020 were selected.Randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with drugs,and the study group was treated with eustachian tube expansion.The complication rate,recurrence rate and air conduction threshold before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results No complications occurred in the two groups.The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.The air conduction threshold before treatment was compared between the groups,P>0.05;the comparison between the groups after treatment again,the study group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Eustachian tube expansion has significant efficacy and safety for children with secretory otitis media.
