异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis

目的探究异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床效果分析。方法选取我院2018年6月-2019年6月期间儿科治疗的小儿支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗哮喘药物,观察组在常规基础上给予异丙托溴铵雾化吸入。对比治疗前后两组肺功能指标,哮喘及鼻炎症状改善情况。结果观察组在肺功能及ACT和SFAR评分结果均显著优于对照组,P<0.05该差异具有统计学意义。结论异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.Methods 100 children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional asthma drugs,and the observation group was given ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment.The pulmonary function indexes,asthma and rhinitis symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The lung function,act and SFAR scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis has significant effect,which is worthy of reference.
