耳廓后淋巴管瘤伴耳前瘘管误诊一例

A case of misdiagnosis of posterior auricular lymphangioma with preauricular fistula

目的分析耳后淋巴管瘤误诊原因。方法回顾性分析先天性耳前瘘管伴感染并耳廓后淋巴管瘤病例1例。结果根据病理检查结果确诊为先天性耳前瘘管伴感染并耳廓后淋巴管瘤。结论因先天性耳前瘘管感染可向耳前和耳后不同方向感染,形成耳廓后肿胀且伴波动感时,耳廓后淋巴管瘤无特殊的临床表现,易误诊。

Objective To analyze the cause of misdiagnosis of lymphangioma behind the ear.Methods A retrospective analysis of a case of congenital preauricular fistula with infection and retroauricular lymphangioma was analyzed.Results According to the results of pathological examination,it was diagnosed as congenital preauricular fistula with infection and retroauricular lymphangioma.Conclusion Because of congenital preauricular fistula infection,infection can be in different directions in front of the ear and behind the ear.When the post-auricular swelling and fluctuating feeling are formed,the post-auricular lymphangioma has no special clinical manifestations and is easy to be misdiagnosed.
