接受鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎和鼻息肉患者实施专职护理干预的效果

Effect of full-time nursing intervention on patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery

目的观察专职护理干预给鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎与鼻息肉患者带来的影响。方法选择2020年1月~12月期间以鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎与鼻息肉的60例患者,以随机抽样法分组,对照组、研究组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施专职护理干预。组间对比并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组(3.33%vs23.33%)、生活质量评分均高于对照组,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎与鼻息肉患者应用专职护理干预可以减少并发症发生并提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of full-time nursing intervention on patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods From January to December 2020,60 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated with endoscopic sinus surgery were selected and randomly sampled,30 cases in each of the control group and the study group.The control group implemented routine nursing care,and the study group implemented full-time nursing intervention.The complication rate and quality of life score were compared between groups.Results The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(3.33%vs23.33%),and the quality of life scores were higher than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps can reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
