循环纤维细胞在CTEPH肺动脉内膜纤维化中的作用

Role of fibrocyte in pulmonary artery intimal fibrosis of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension

摘要 纤维化疾病对人类健康所造成的负担越来越重,其效应细胞的来源一直是研究重点和难点。肺动脉内膜纤维化是慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压(CTEPH)患者肺血管阻力增加、肺动脉压力上升的重要原因,但其效应细胞的具体来源尚不明确。循环纤维细胞作为一种肌成纤维细胞的来源在纤维化疾病中的作用日益受到关注,其分化的抑制剂已在动物模型和临床试验中有些探索,并展现出治疗纤维化疾病的潜力。循环纤维细胞极有可能也参与了CTEPH肺动脉内膜重塑,抑制纤维细胞的分化可能对CTEPH的发生发展具有潜在的预防和治疗作用。 Fibrotic disease imposes an increasingly heavy burden on human health,and the source of its effector cells has always been the focus and difficulty of research.Pulmonary artery intimal fibrosis is a main cause of increased pulmonary vascular resistance and increased pulmonary artery pressure in patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension(CTEPH),but the specific source of effector cells remains unclear.The role of fibrocyte as a source of myofibroblasts in fibrotic diseases has attracted an increasing attention,and inhibitors of their differentiation have been explored in animal models and clinical trials and even demonstrate a potential for the treatment of the fibrotic diseases.Fibrocytes are also likely to be involved in the pulmonary artery intimal remodeling of CTEPH,and inhibiting the differentiation of fibrocytes may have the potential preventive and therapeutic effect on the occurrence and development of CTEPH.
