气管食管瘘模型的研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 气管食管瘘是由于各种原因导致的气道与食道之间病理性瘘道形成的临床并发症,具有难以治愈且致死率高的特点,为研究气管食管瘘的治疗新方法,探索气管食管瘘的形成原因,最重要的任务就是构建气管食管瘘动物模型。本文收集相关文献,将从先天性和后天获得性2个方面,介绍阿霉素法、外科手术法和磁力压迫法3种可使用的模型构建方法,并比较各种构建方法的优点和缺点,分析日后模型构建的研究方向。 Tracheoesophageal fistula(TEF)is the pathological fistula between tracheal and esophageal caused by congenital and acquired reasons.TEF is difficult to cure and has high mortality.For exploring the formation reasons and new treatment for TEF,it is important to build the TEF animal models.This article collects relevant literatures,introduces adriamycin method,surgical method and magnetic compression method through congenital and acquired aspects,compares the advantages and disadvantages of three construct methods,and analyses the future research direction of model construction.
