摘要
高新技术企业的科技创新直接影响产业技术创新能力和地区经济发展。利用DEA-Malmquist指数方法测算了泰州市16个高新产业技术创新情况,结果表明:泰州市高新产业技术效率整体实现了增长,但增幅不大;不同的行业高新产业技术创新效率存在差异。提出加强科技与金融融合、提升科技队伍水平和优化创新发展环境等建议。
Technological Innovation of high-tech enterprises directly affects industrial technological innovation capacity and regional economic benefits.In recent years,technological innovation of high-tech industries in Taizhou has developed rapidly,this paper calculates the static and dynamic changes of technological innovation of high-tech industries in 16 industries in Taizhou with DEA-Malmquist index method.The results show that the overall technological growth of high-tech industries in Taizhou has been achieved,but the growth rate is not large enough;The technological efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech industries in different industries is quite different.In order to improve the efficiency of technological innovation in Taizhou's high-tech industries,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the integration of science,technology and finance,raising the level of scientific and technological personnel and optimizing the environment for innovative development.
