“双一流”背景下湖北高校人才流动特征探析

Analysis of Talents Mobility of Universities in Hubei Province under the Background of Double First-class Construction

利用2020年度的ORCID数据分析湖北省高校人才的流动情况,并从地理空间、机构层次、机构类别、流动平衡性等角度分析了湖北省高校人才流动的特征。地理空间方面,湖北省内的流动人数主要集中在武汉市,流入的人才主要来自于国外,流出人才其目的地也主要是国外。机构层次方面,省内流动和省际流入以平行流动为主,省际流出以向下流动为主。机构类别方面,尽管存在跨机构类别的流动,但流动人数主要集中在大学之间。流动平衡性方面,湖北省7所“双一流”建设高校的流动人数总体为顺差,不存在明显的人才流失现象。

This paper collects data of talents mobility of universities in Hubei Province from ORCID dataset 2020,and analyses the mobility characteristics from the perspectives of geospatial space,institutional level,institutional category and mobiliy balance.In terms of geospatial space,the number of mobility in Hubei Province assembles mainly in Wuhan City.The talents flowing into Hubei Province come mainly from foreign countries.The talents leaving Hubei Province go mainly to foreign countries.In terms of institutional level,Most of talents flowing in Hubei Province and from other provinces flow parallelly,while most of talents leaving Hubei Province flow downwardly.In terms of institutional category,although some of talents flow between different category,but most of them flow from a university to another.In terms of mobiliy balance,the number of mobility of 7 Double First-class unviversities in Hubei Province in the mass show a favourable balance,and these is’t obvious brain drain.
