高校图书馆馆员新媒体服务能力建设研究

Research on the Construction of New Media Service Ability of University Librarians

新媒体平台在拓展图书馆服务渠道的同时,也带来了显著的读者分流效果。本文从信息环境、图书馆、读者、馆员和设计等5个方面,论述了高校图书馆馆员新媒体服务能力建设的必要性,认为馆员是图书馆开展新媒体服务的重要角色,需要具备专业能力、新媒体服务能力和一定的技术能力;图书馆应重视新媒体岗位,并通过岗位培训、交流合作、参与实践、政策支持等方式,提高馆员的新媒体服务能力。

The new media platform not only expands the service channels of library,but also brings significant effect of reader diversion.This paper discusses the necessity of constructing university librarians’new media service ability from five aspects of information environment,library,readers,librarians and design,it holds that librarians play an important role in the development of new media services in library,and they should have professional ability,new media service ability and certain technical ability;library should pay attention to new media positions,improve librarians’new media service ability through vocational training,communication and cooperation,participating in practice and policy supporting.
