慢性鼻-鼻窦炎中上皮-间质转化的研究 被引量：1

Study on epithelial-mesenchymal transition in chronic rhinosinusitis

摘要 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见的鼻及鼻窦慢性炎症性疾病,其发病机制有待进一步研究。目前研究认为上皮屏障功能受损在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎过程中发挥重要作用,而上皮-间质转化被认为参与上皮屏障修复过程,并在全世界范围内得到了深入研究。本文对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎和上皮-间质转化之间的研究进行回顾,进一步全面认识其发病机制,为该病治疗提供新思路。
