茵栀黄及培菲康辅助蓝光治疗对新生儿黄疸血清转铁蛋白、心肌酶谱、免疫功能及血清总胆红素的影响 被引量:5

EFFECTS OF YINZHIHUANG AND BIFIKANG ON SERUM TRANSFERRIN,MYOCARDIAL ZYMOGRAM,IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION AND SERUM TOTAL BILIRUBIN IN NEONATES WITH JAUNDICE TREATED BY BLUE

摘要 目的:探讨茵栀黄及培菲康辅助蓝光治疗对新生儿黄疸血清转铁蛋白、心肌酶谱、免疫功能及血清总胆红素的影响。方法:选取2017-03~2019-03在我院治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿90例,随机分组分为两组进行本次研究,均分为对照组和观察者各45例。两组患者均进行常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上,使用茵栀黄口服液联合培菲康治疗。5天为1疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者治疗效果、炎性指标恢复时间、血清转铁蛋白、心肌酶谱及血清总胆红素、T细胞亚群、不良反应之间的差异。结果:观察组患儿(84.44%)的总有效率明显高于对照组(68.89%);观察组患者炎性指标恢复时间均显著短于对照组;治疗后,两组患者血清转铁蛋白、心肌酶谱及血清总胆红素、直接胆红素以及间接胆红素均显著下降,且观察组患者的血清转铁蛋白、心肌酶谱及血清总胆红素、直接胆红素以及间接胆红素低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者T细胞亚群中的CD3+(t=4.14,P<0.05),CD4+(t=10.19,P<0.05),CD8+(t=5.65,P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+(t=4.93,P<0.05)明显高于对照组;两组患者的不良反应之间的差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:茵栀黄及培菲康辅助蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸,患者血清转铁蛋白、心肌酶谱及血清总胆红素显著改善,患者的炎性指标改善时间显著缩短,免疫功能显著改善,效果显著,安全性较好。 Objective:To analysis effect of Yinzhihuang and Bifikang on serum transferrin,myocardial zymogram,immunologic function and serum total bilirubin in neonates with jaundice treated by blue light.Methods:Ninety neonatal jaundice patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control and observation groups were treated with the basis of routine treatment,and the patients in observation group were treated with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with Peifaikang at the same time.Five days were one course of treatment and three courses of treatment.The differences of therapeutic effect,recovery time of inflammatory indexes,serum transferrin,myocardial enzymes,serum total bilirubin,T cell subsets and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(84.44%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.89%);the recovery time of inflammatory indicators in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;after treatment,the serum transferrin,myocardial zymogram、total bilirubin、direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the serum transferrin,myocardial zymogram、total bilirub.Direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The CD3+(t=4.14,P<0.05),CD4+(t=10.19,P<0.05),CD8+(t=5.65,P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+(t=4.93,P<0.05)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of neonatal jaundice with Yinzhihuang and Bifikang combined with blue light,the serum transferrin,myocardial zymogram and serum total bilirubin of the patients were significantly improved,the improvement time of inflammatory indexes was significantly shortened,the immune function was significantly improved,the effect was remarkable,and the safety was better.
