摘要
缆索钢丝在大跨度桥梁建设中是主要承载部件的关键的材料之一。超高强度缆索钢丝的研发及产业化是超大跨度桥梁设计和制造的重要保障。本文概述了桥梁缆索用钢丝的发展历史和现状,介绍了桥梁缆索钢丝的成分设计、微观组织结构、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能等,并分析了微观组织与性能的关系。本文对桥梁缆索用钢丝未来的研究方向进行了展望,以期对我国新一代桥梁缆索用钢丝的研发提供借鉴。
Cable steel wire is one of the key materials used as the main bearing component in con-struction of long-span bridges.The research and industrialization of ultra-high strength cable wire are important for the design and manufacturing of super-long span bridges.This paper first summarizes the development history and present status of the bridge cable steel wire,and then introduces the composition design,microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the bridge cable steel wire,analyzes the relationship between the microstructure and performance.Finally,the future research of bridge cable steel wire is prospected in order to provide reference for the research and development of the new bridge cable steel wire in China.
