This article mainly analyzes the characteristies of water-based ink printing and compositing processes and the problems that are easy to occur in the compositing process of water-based ink printing products,including white dots,bubbles,darkening of hue,mutual solubility of ink and adhesive,low composite strength,ink transfer,poor curing,separationg of heat sealing edge,zipper bag heat sealing and wrinkling,etc.
