摘要
为了解决硅基光波导相控阵的光束优化问题,提出了一种基于粒子群算法的模式搜索的优化算法。该算法在分析不等间距对硅基光波导相控阵在栅瓣抑制方面的效果后,通过优化相邻阵元间距,改善阵内相邻阵元间相位差,从而起到抑制栅瓣的效果。仿真结果表明,基于PSO模式搜索法的优化效果良好,峰值旁瓣电平(PSLL)的最大值能够有效降低,并且运算时间和迭代次数与单个算法相比都有明显提升。采用该算法对远场光强分布图进行的优化,能够有效地抑制栅瓣,并在光束优化方面具有应用潜力。
In order to solve the beam optimization problem of silicon-based optical waveguide phased array,an optimization algorithm based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)was proposed.After analyzing the effect of unequal spacing on the grating lobe suppression of silicon-based optical waveguide phased array,the phase difference between adjacent array elements was improved by optimizing the distance between adjacent elements,so as to suppress the grating lobe.The simulation results show that the optimization effect based on PSO mode search method is good,and the maximum value of PSLL can be effectively reduced.Using this algorithm to optimize the far-field intensity distribution can effectively suppress the grating lobe and has the application potential in beam optimization.
