摘要
文章旨在研究日粮纤维类型和酶添加水平对鹌鹑生长性能、消化酶活力及血清生化指标的影响。试验将1080只平均体重一致的1日龄鹌鹑随分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复45只。试验采用2×2因子设计,即2种纤维类型(麸皮和统糠),酶添加水平为0和50mg/kg,试验期为28d。结果:统糠组鹌鹑的末重及饲料效率较麸皮组分别显著提高0.29%和3.13%(P<0.05),而50mg/kg酶组鹌鹑的末重及饲料效率较0mg/kg酶组分别显著提高0.26%和3.13%(P<0.05)。无论日粮添加酶与否,统糠组鹌鹑十二指肠淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性及空肠相对重量均显著高于麸皮组(P<0.05),而日粮添加50mg/kg复合酶显著提高了十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性及十二指肠和回肠相对重量(P<0.05)。统糠组鹌鹑血清尿酸和高密度脂蛋白浓度显著低于麸皮组(P<0.05),无论日粮纤维类型如何,添加50mg/kg复合酶显著降低了血清高密度脂蛋白浓度(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加统糠作为不溶性纤维可以提高鹌鹑的体重、饲料效率、十二指肠淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性,同时无论纤维类型如何,补充50mg/kg复合酶均可降低鹌鹑血清高密度脂蛋白浓度。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary fiber type and enzyme supplemental level on growth performance,digestive enzyme activities and serum biochemical indexes of quails.A total of 1080 one-day quails with the same average body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 45 quails per replicate.The experiment was conducted in a 2×2 factor design,i.e.,two fiber types(rice bran and rice hull)with enzyme supplemental levels of 0 and 50 mg/kg.The experiment lasted for 28 days.Resylts:Compared with the rice bran group,the final weight and feed efficiency of the rice hull group were significantly increased by 0.29%and 3.13%(P<0.05),respectively,while the final weight and feed efficiency of the 50 mg/kg enzyme group were significantly increased by 0.26%and 3.13%(P<0.05),respectively.The activities of amylase and trypsin in duodenum and the relative weight of jejunum of quail in rice hulls group were significantly higher than those in rice bran groups(P<0.05),and the activities of trypsin in duodenum and the relative weight of duodenum and ileum of quail in rice hull groups were significantly increased by dietary supplementation of 50 mg/kg compound enzyme(P<0.05).Serum uric acid and high-density lipoprotein concentrations in rice hull groups were significantly lower than those in rice bran group(P<0.05),and 50 mg/kg compound enzyme supplementation significantly decreased serum high-density lipoprotein concentrations regardless of dietary fiber type(P<0.05).Conclusions:The dietary supplementation of rice hull as insoluble fiber can improve the body weight and feed efficiency of quails,and the supplementation of 50 mg/kg compound enzyme can improve the duodenal amylase activity regardless of the fiber type.
