不同营养水平日粮补充葡萄糖对热应激母猪繁殖性能及血液激素水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 文章旨在评估热应激条件下在不同营养水平的日粮同时补充葡萄糖对母猪繁殖性能、乳成分及血液激素水平的影响。试验将150头平均胎次为3.5的二元母猪随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头。T1和T2组母猪饲喂代谢能水平为3300和3400kcal/kg的日粮(不添加葡萄糖),T3组母猪饲喂代谢能水平为3400kcal/kg的日粮(添加30g/kg葡萄糖)。结果:T3组母猪分娩当天-断奶时的背膘损失显著低于T1组,但T3组母猪断奶时背膘厚度显著高于T1和T2组(P<0.05),同时断奶-发情间隔显著低于T1和T2组(P<0.05)。T2和T3组仔猪断奶窝重、断奶重及平均日增重均显著高于T1组(P<0.05)。与T1组相比,T2和T3组母猪常乳中蛋白质浓度分别显著提高14.20%和13.81%(P<0.05),T3组母猪常乳脂肪含量显著提高7.37%(P<0.05)。与T1组相比,T2和T3组母猪断奶时血清LH浓度分别显著提高16.67%和13.33%(P<0.05)。结论:热应激条件下泌乳母猪饲喂高能量日粮并补充葡萄糖可以改善仔猪生长性能,降低分娩-断奶后的体重损失及断奶-发情间隔。 The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with glucose at different nutritional levels on reproductive performance,milk composition and blood hormone levels of sows under heat stress.A total of 150 binary sows with an average parity of 3.5 were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 sows per replicate.Sows in T1 and T2 groups were fed diets with metabolizable energy(ME)levels of 3300 and 3400 kcal/kg(without glucose),and sows in T3 group were fed diets with ME levels of 3400 kcal/kg(with 30 g/kg glucose).Results:The back fat loss of sows in T3 group was significantly lower than that in T1 group at parturn-weaning time,but the back fat thickness of sows in T3 group at weaning time was significantly higher than that in T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05),and the weaningestrus interval of sows in T3 group was significantly lower than that in T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05).The litter weight,weaning weight and average daily gain in groups T2 and T3 were significantly higher than those in group T1(P<0.05).Compared with T1 group,protein concentration in normal milk of sows in groups T2 and T3 was significantly increased by 14.20%and 13.81%(P<0.05),respectively,and fat content in normal milk of sows in group T3 was significantly increased by 7.37%(P<0.05).Compared with T1 group,serum LH concentration of sows in T2 and T3 groups at weaning was significantly increased by 16.67%and 13.33%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusions:Feeding high energy diet with glucose supplementation under heat stress can improve the growth performance of piglets,reduce post partury-weaning weight loss and weaning-estrus interval.
