摘要
采用单因素及正交试验对涤氨针织物载体法染色工艺进行研究。优化的染色工艺为:雅特隆荧光绿染料质量分数3%(omf),载体质量分数6%(omf),p H 5.5,染色温度110℃,染色时间40 min。载体法染色涤氨针织物的K/S值大多略低于高温高压法染色涤氨针织物,各项色牢度相似。
Single-factor and orthogonal experiments are used to study the carrier dyeing process of polyester/spandex knitted fabric.The optimized dyeing process is 3%(omf)of Artron Fluorescent Green,6%(omf)of carri⁃er,pH 5.5,dyeing temperature 110℃,dyeing time 40 min.The K/S value of polyester/spandex knitted fabric dyed by the carrier method is mostly slightly lower than that of the polyester/spandex knitted fabric dyed by the high-temperature and high-pressure method,and the color fastnesses are similar.
