耐氯牢度提升剂TF-241CL的应用性能

Application performance of chlorine-resistant color fastness improver TF-241CL

探讨了耐氯牢度提升剂TF-241CL对棉色织布耐氯色牢度、色泣牢度、拼接互染色牢度及色差的影响,研究了其与硅油的同浴使用性,并得出较佳的工艺条件:TF-241CL质量浓度为20~30 g/L,室温浸轧,pH为4~7,烘干温度130~160℃。结果表明:该工艺处理可将棉色织布的耐氯色牢度提升至4级,色泣牢度提高0.5级,且不影响织物的色光。

The influence of chlorine-resistant color fastness improver TF-241CL on the color fastness to chlorine,bleeding,transfer in joints,and color difference of cotton yarn-dyed fabric is discussed.The usability of improver TF-241CL in the same bath with silicone oil is studied.The optimal process conditions are TF-241CL 20-30 g/L,padding at room temperature,pH 4-7,drying temperature 130-160℃.The results show that this process can improve the color fastness to chlorine of the cotton yarn-dyed fabric to Grade 4 and the color fastness to bleed⁃ing by 0.5 level without affecting the shade of the fabric.
