微乳液是一种热力学稳定的透明分散体系,在药物运输领域具有增溶能力优异和渗透能力强等优点。本文对微乳液在透皮给药方面的应用研究进展进行综述,主要对微乳液的配方组成和理化性质进行介绍,分析其在药物输送方面的优异性能,并对目前微乳液用作透皮给药载体存在的问题进行分析和展望,以期为微乳液在生物医药领域的应用提供一定的参考。

Microemulsion is a thermodynamically stable,transparent dispersion system,which has the advantages of excellent solubilization ability and strong penetration ability in the field of drug delivery.This paper reviews the application research progress of microemulsion in transdermal drug delivery.The formulation composition and physical and chemical properties of microemulsion are mainly introduced,its excellent performance in drug delivery is analyzed,and finally the current problems of microemulsion as a transdermal drug delivery carrier are analyzed and prospected in order to provide a certain reference for the application of microemulsion in the field of biomedicine.
