广东省深圳市坪山区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染特点分析

Analysis of the infection characteristics of the Helicobacter pylori for physical examination people in Pingshan district of Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市坪山区健康体检人幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染特点,为开展健康管理提供参考。方法采用^(13)C呼气试验检测985名健康体检者是否感染Hp。结果在985名体检者中,按年龄分为A、B、C、D、E共5组。检出Hp阳性386例,感染率为39.2%,其中男性Hp阳性222例,感染率40.6%,女性Hp阳性164例,感染率37.4%;A组感染率(男性35.1%、女性33.9%),B组感染率(男性42.9%、女性28.6%),C组感染率(男性42.7%、女性41.7%),D组感染率(男性37.0%、女性49.3%),E组感染率(男性35.7%、女性57.7%)。男性30~39岁感染率最高(42.9%)。女性30~39岁感染率最低(28.6%),40岁以后逐步增高,50~59岁感染率达到49.3%;30~39岁时,男性感染率显著高于同年龄段女性,而50~59岁人群,女性感染率高于同年龄段男性12.3%。结论深圳市坪山区体检人群Hp感染率与年龄、性别有关。50岁以上人群,女性感染率高于同年龄段男性的原因,有待于大样本流行病学和分子生物学研究。

Objective To explore the infection characteristics of the Helicobacter pylori(Hp)for the physical examination people in Pingshan district,Shenzhen,and provide the reference information for the health management.Methods We collected the Hp test samples from the Health Examination Center of Shenzhen Pingshan People′s Hospital,and used the^(13)C breath test to detect whether 985 healthy subjects were infected with Hp.Results Nine hundred and eighty-five healthy subjects were divided into 5 groups as A-E group.Among all the subjects,386 were Hp positive,with an infection rate of 39.2%,among the males which 222 were Hp positive,with an infection rate of 40.6%,and 164 were Hp positive in females,with an infection rate of 37.4%.The infection rates were as follows:group A(35.1%for males and 33.9%for females),group B(42.9%for males and 28.6%for females),group C(42.7%for males and 41.7%for females),group D(37.0%for males and 49.3%for females),group E(35.7%for males and 57.7%for females).The infection rate of Hp in men aged 30 to 39 years old was the highest(42.9%).The infection rate of Hp in women aged 30 to 39 was the lowest(28.6%),and gradually increasing after 40,reaching 49.3%in women aged 50 to 59.In the age group of 30 to 39 years old,the male infection rate was significantly higher than the female of the same age group.The infection rate in women aged 50 to 59 was 12.3%higher than among men of the same age group.Conclusion Hp infection rate is related to sex and age in the physical examination population in Pingshan,Shenzhen.The reason why the infection rate of women over the age of 50 is significantly higher than that of men in the same age group remains to be studied with large-sample epidemiology and molecular biology.
