鼻咽癌患者新的病理分型与鼻咽癌放射敏感性、预后相关性分析

Correlation analysis of new pathological classification with radiosensitivity and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的分析鼻咽癌患者新的病理分型与放射敏感性、预后的相关性。方法选取2014年8月至2017年8月的鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照新的病理分型方法分为上皮型(n=80)和非上皮型(n=40),对比两组临床特征,分析鼻咽癌患者新的病理分型与放射敏感性和预后的相关性。结果上皮型鼻咽癌患者与非上皮型患者性别、年龄、KPS评分、WHO病理分型比较,数据无差异(P>0.05);上皮型患者EB型抗体阳性表达率为65.00%,放射敏感性为90.00%,3年生存率为72.50%,高于非上皮型患者的45.00%、72.50%和52.50%,远处转移率为6.25%,复发率为2.50%,低于非上皮型的22.50%和17.50%,组间对比存在差异(P<0.05);鼻咽癌新的病理类型与放射敏感性、远处转移、复发和三年生存率间存在相关性(r=0.678、r=-0.421、r=-0.345、r=0.724,r=0.527、r=-0.378、r=0.298、r=0.624,P值均<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌新的病理分型与患者放射敏感性和预后密切相关,可按此方式予以分析,以准确评估患者预后。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the new pathological classification,radiosensitivity and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from August 2014 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the new pathological classification method,all patients were divided into epithelial(n=80)and non epithelial(n=40).The clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between the new pathological classification and radiosensitivity and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed.Result There was no significant difference in gender,age,KPS score and who pathological classification between epithelial and non epithelial NPC patients(P>0.05);the positive expression rate of EB antibody in epithelial NPC patients was 65.00%,the radiosensitivity was 90.00%,the 3-year survival rate was 72.50%,which was higher than 45.00%,72.50%and 52.50%in non epithelial NPC patients,the distant metastasis rate was 6.25%,and the recurrence rate was 2.50%,which was lower than that in non epithelial NPC patients There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);there was a correlation between the new pathological types of NPC and radiosensitivity,distant metastasis,recurrence and three-year survival rate(r=0.678,r=-0.421,r=-0.345,r=0.724,r=0.527,r=-0.378,r=0.298,r=0.624,P<0.05).Conclusion The new pathological classification of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is closely related to the radiosensitivity and prognosis of patients.
