地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗内耳眩晕的临床疗效及对患者症状的改善研究

Clinical effect and symptom improvement of dexamethasone injection for inner ear vertigo

目的观察地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗内耳眩晕的临床疗效及对患者症状的改善。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月我院内耳眩晕患者64例,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予碳酸氢钠治疗,观察组联合应用地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗,观察患者听阈水平及症状改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组听阈水平(28.63±7.36)dBHL,低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组眩晕控制率93.75%,高于对照组,P<0.05。结论内耳眩晕是一种临床常见疾病,其治疗方法多样,其中药物治疗应用较多,本研究表明,给予内耳眩晕患者地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗,能提高患者听力水平,改善眩晕症状,应用效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and symptom improvement of dexamethasone injection in the treatment of inner ear vertigo. Methods Sixty-four patients with inner ear vertigo in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. The control group was treated with sodium bicarbonate, and the observation group was treated with dexamethasone injection in the tympanic chamber. The hearing threshold level and symptom improvement of the patients were observed. Results After treatment, the hearing threshold level of observation group was(28.63±7.36) dBHL, lower than that of control group, P< 0.05;The vertigo control rate of observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than that of control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Vertigo of the inner ear is a common clinical disease, and its treatment methods are varied, among which drug therapy is widely used. This study shows that intra-drum injection of dexamethasone for patients with inner ear vertigo can improve their hearing level and improve the symptoms of vertigo, and the application effect is significant, which is worthy of reference.
