分析慢性鼻窦炎伴中耳炎患者用鼻内窥镜手术治疗的效果、生活质量状况

Objective to analyze the effect and quality of life of patients with chronic sinusitis and otitis media treated by endoscopic sinus surgery

目的对慢性鼻窦炎伴中耳炎患者用鼻内窥镜手术治疗的效果、生活质量状况进行分析。方法 2020年1月~2020年12月,挑选44例自愿参与,慢性鼻窦炎伴中耳炎患者,随机分组,研究组22例,鼻内窥镜手术治疗,对照组22例,常规手术治疗,比较治疗效果和生活质量。结果与对照组进行比较,研究组治疗效果更优(P<0.05),生活质量提高(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎伴中耳炎患者用鼻内窥镜手术治疗,治疗效果显著,并且可以提高患者的生活质量,因此具有重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the effect and quality of life of patients with chronic sinusitis and otitis media treated by endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, 44 patients with chronic sinusitis and otitis media were randomly divided into study group(n = 22) and control group(n = 22). Results Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the study group was better(P < 0.05), and the quality of life was improved(P < 0.05). Conclusion Chronic sinusitis with otitis media patients with nasal endoscopic surgery, the treatment effect is significant, and can improve the quality of life of patients, so it has important significance.
