氟康唑注射液局部治疗耳鼻咽喉真菌病的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of Fluconazole Injection in local treatment of otorhinolaryngological mycosis

目的研究耳鼻咽喉真菌病患者采用氟康唑注射液局部治疗的临床疗效。方法选入86例,2019年8月-2020年8月期间,于我院治疗的鼻咽喉真菌病患者,现以随抽取方式进行对等分组,A组(n=43),以常规红霉素软膏治疗,B组(n=43),采用氟康唑注射液开展局部治疗,对比2组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,对比2组的临床效果,显示B组的总有效率明显高于A组,P<0.05;对比2组的药物安全性,显示B组的不良反应发生率较A组明显更低,P<0.05。结论耳鼻咽喉真菌病患者,采用氟康唑注射液局部用药治疗疗效显著,且不良反应较低,建议临床积极推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of local treatment with Fluconazole Injection in patients with otorhinolaryngological mycosis. Methods 86 patients with nasopharyngomycosis treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the extraction method. Group A(n = 43) was treated with conventional erythromycin ointment, and group B(n = 43) was treated with fluconazole injection. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, compared with the clinical effect of the two groups, the total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A, P< 0.05;compared with the drug safety of the two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions of group B was significantly lower than that of group A, P< 0.05. Conclusion Local application of Fluconazole Injection in the treatment of patients with otorhinolaryngology mycosis has significant curative effect and low adverse reactions, so it is recommended to actively promote the clinical application.
