姜黄素联合布地奈德对过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及免疫功能的影响

Effect of curcumin combined with budesonide on clinical efficacy and immune function of allergic rhinitis

目的探究姜黄素联合布地奈德应用于过敏性鼻炎患者的治疗效果,并探究其对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月~2020年1月我院收治的104例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同,将其分为对照组及观察组,各52例。其中对照组采用布地奈德特治疗,观察组采用姜黄素联合布地奈德治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及其治疗前后的免疫功能改善情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为86.54%,与对照组的67.31比较,两者差异显著(χ^(2)=4.362,P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD4+计数与CD4+/CD8+比值显著高于对照组,而CD8+计数降低;且不良反应发生率明显降低(χ^(2)=5.287,P<0.05)。结论姜黄素联合布地奈德特对过敏性鼻炎治疗具有较好的疗效,可显著提高患者的免疫能力,改善症状,安全性高。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of curcumin combined with budesonide in patients with allergic rhinitis, and to explore its effect on the immune function of patients. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020, 104 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, 52 cases in each. The control group was treated with budesonide, and the observation group was treated with curcumin combined with budesonide. Observe the treatment effects, adverse reactions and the improvement of immune function before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.54%, compared with 67.31 in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two(χ^(2)=4.362, P<0.05);the CD4+ count and CD4+/CD8+ ratio of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than the control group, While the CD8+ count decreased;and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced(χ^(2)=5.287, P<0.05). Conclusion Curcumin combined with budesonide has a good curative effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. It can significantly improve the patient’s immunity, improve symptoms, and has high safety.
