孟鲁司特结合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿腺样体肥大的效果及安全性研究

Study on the efficacy and safety of montelukast combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children

目的探究孟鲁司特结合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿腺样体肥大的效果及安全性。方法选取2018年9月~2020年8月期间本院接收的小儿腺样体肥大患儿68例,随机平分对照组、试验组,分别给予常规治疗、孟鲁司特结合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,比较治疗效果,评估安全性。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;试验组不良反应率与对照组相比,P>0.05。结论在小儿腺样体肥大治疗中,孟鲁司特联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗效果理想,且未出现明显不适情况,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of montelukast combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods A total of 68 children with pediatric adenoid hypertrophy received in our hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and test group,with 34 cases in each group.They were given conventional treatment and montelukast combined.Mometasone furoate nasal spray was used to compare the therapeutic effects and evaluate the safety.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;the adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was compared with the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children,montelukast combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray has an ideal therapeutic effect,and there is no obvious discomfort,which is worthy of promotion.
