糖皮质激素联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床价值

Clinical value of glucocorticoid combined with endoscopic surgery on treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps

目的研究慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps,CRSwNP)患者使用糖皮质激素联合鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法在2017年5月~2020年9月于本院选取128例CRSwNP患者,使用随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组64例,对比两组治疗后临床效果。结果研究组较参照组总有效率较高(P<0.05);两组治疗前鼻腔容积(nasalcavityvolume,NCV)对比无差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组较参照组优(P<0.05)。结论对CRSwNP患者给予糖皮质激素联合鼻内镜手术治疗可提升治疗效果,加快患者恢复速度,改善其鼻腔功能,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with endoscopic sinus surgery on treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps(CRSwNP). Methods 128 CRSwNP patients treated from May 2017 to September 2020 were selected. According to random number table method,patients were divided into reference group and study group, 64 cases in each group. the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);there was no difference in nasal cavity volume(NCV) between groups(P> 0.05);after treatment,NCV in the study group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with endoscopic surgery can improve the therapeutic effect, accelerate the recovery rate and improve the nasal function of CRSwNP patients.
