突发性耳聋患者奥扎格雷钠联合利多卡因治疗的疗效探讨

Efficacy of Ozagrel Sodium Combined with lidocaine in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的分析突发性耳聋患者奥扎格雷钠联合利多卡因治疗的疗效。方法选取2019年1月-2020年10月126例医院收治突发性耳聋患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组(采取奥扎格雷钠联合利多卡因治疗,共计63例)和对照组(采取单药利多卡因治疗,共计63例)。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后听力状况的变化。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为92.1%和81.0%,观察组治疗前后听觉阈值为(102.5±10.5)dBHL和(73.3±8.5)dBHL,对照组治疗前后听觉阈值为(103.1±10.3)dBHL和(77.6±9.6)dBHL,观察组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后听力状况改善幅度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合利多卡因能够有效改善突发性耳聋患者的听力状况,提高临床治疗效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Ozagrel Sodium Combined with lidocaine in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment schemes, they were divided into observation group(63 cases treated with ozagrel sodium combined with lidocaine) and control group(63 cases treated with lidocaine). The clinical efficacy and hearing status before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.1% and 81.0% respectively. The auditory thresholds of the observation group before and after treatment were(102.5 ± 10.5) dBHL and(73.3 ± 8.5) dBHL, and the auditory thresholds of the control group before and after treatment were(103.1 ± 10.3) dBHL and(77.6 ± 9.6) dBHL. The clinical efficacy of the observation group and the improvement range of hearing condition before and after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with lidocaine can effectively improve the hearing status of patients with sudden deafness, and improve the clinical treatment effect, which is worthy of promotion.
