鼻窦炎手术围术期护理中实施无缝隙护理的作用分析

目的分析鼻窦炎手术围术期护理中实施无缝隙护理的作用。方法时间节点范围设置在2019年8月~2020年10月间,将我院接受鼻窦炎手术的患者当中抽选出68例列为观察对象,就其临床资料施展回顾性研究,以护理形式的差异性分成常规组以及研究组,每组的样本容量均等分为34例。常规组获得常规护理模式,研究组获得无缝隙护理模式。就护理满意度以及生活质量评分予以比较观察。结果研究组护理满意度以及生活质量评分同常规组施以比较后,要优于常规组且组间差异较大(P<0.05)。结论针对接受鼻窦炎手术的患者提供无缝隙护理模式,可为护理满意度的提高及生活质量的改善给予诸多帮助,故临床可积极提倡并应用。

Objective To analyze the role of seamless nursing in the perioperative nursing of sinusitis surgery. Method The time node range is set between August 2019 and October 2020. 68 patients who underwent sinusitis surgery in our hospital were selected as observation objects, and retrospective research was performed on their clinical data in the form of nursing care The differences are divided into the conventional group and the research group, and the sample size of each group is equally divided into 34 cases. The routine group got the routine care model, and the study group got the seamless care model. Compare and observe nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores. Results The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the study group were better than those of the routine group after comparing with the routine group and the difference between the groups was large(P<0.05). Conclusion Providing a seamless nursing model for patients undergoing sinusitis surgery can provide a lot of help for the improvement of nursing satisfaction and the improvement of quality of life, so it can be actively promoted and applied in clinic.
