分析综合护理干预对过敏性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的评价综合护理干预对过敏性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年2月~2020年11月我院就诊的过敏性鼻炎患者50例为研究主体,以随机双盲法为原则分组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理干预,每组各25例,对比两组患者的生活质量和依从性。结果观察组患者护理后各方面的生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异P<0.05;观察组患者的临床总依从性明显高于对照组,统计结果P<0.05。结论给予过敏性鼻炎患者实施综合护理干预,不仅能帮助患者提高生活质量,还能有效规范其治疗行为,值得临床采纳。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 50 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were grouped according to the principle of random double-blind method. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Each group 25 cases in each group, the quality of life and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group, with differences between groups P<0.05;the total clinical compliance of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical results P<0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with allergic rhinitis can not only help patients improve their quality of life, but also effectively standardize their treatment behavior, which is worthy of clinical adoption.
