集束化护理在口腔癌皮瓣移植修复患者围手术期的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Cluster Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Oral Cancer Skin Flap Transplantation Repair Patients

目的探讨集束化护理在口腔癌患者皮瓣移植修复术围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月我院收治且行皮瓣移植修复术的40例口腔癌患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各20例。研究组患者围手术期间给予集束化护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,两组患者均于术前1天、术后第1天、术后1周、出院前1天完成疼痛(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)及镇静程度(Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale,RASS)的评估,并比较二者之间的差异。结果研究组术前1天、术后第1天、术后1周、出院前1天VAS、RASS评分均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在口腔癌皮瓣移植治疗围术期实施集束化护理,可以减轻患者疼痛程度、缓解患者躁动情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of clustered nursing in the perioperative period of skin flap transplantation repair for oral cancer patients.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,40 patients with oral cancer who were admitted to our hospital and underwent flap transplantation repair were divided into a study group and a control group with 20 cases each according to a random number table.Patients in the study group were given intensive care during the perioperative period,and patients in the control group were given routine care.Both groups of patients completed pain(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)and sedation(Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale,RASS)assessments 1 day before surgery,1 day after surgery,1 week after surgery,and 1 day before discharge.Compare the differences between the two.Result The VAS and RASS scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group one day before operation,the first day after operation,one week after operation,and the day before discharge,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of clustered care during the perioperative period of oral cancer skin flap transplantation can reduce the pain and ease the patient’s restlessness,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
