结核合并鼻炎患者的心理护理干预效果观察

Observation on the effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with tuberculosis and rhinitis

目的观察结核合并鼻炎患者的心理护理干预效果。方法2019年5月~2020年6月,选取我院结核合并鼻炎患者72例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理,观察患者心理状态及依从性。结果观察组SAS评分(45.82±2.17)分,SDS评分(42.18±2.31)分,依从性97.22%,与对照组相比,P<0.05。结论给予结核合并鼻炎患者心理护理,能减轻患者不良心理,提高依从性,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention for patients with tuberculosis combined with rhinitis.Methods From May 2019 to June 2020,72 cases of patients with tuberculosis complicated rhinitis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing.The psychological state and compliance of patients were observed.Results SAS score of observation group(45.82±2.17),SDS score of observation group(42.18±2.31),compliance of 97.22%,compared with the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with tuberculosis combined with rhinitis can alleviate patients’bad psychology and improve their compliance,which is worthy of reference.
