摘要
目的探讨在多导睡眠监测OSAHS患者中应用细节护理的价值。方法选取2019年1月~2020年9月收治77例OSAHS患者,对其实施多导睡眠监测和护理干预。结果3例因环境陌生、3例因导联线过多无法入睡、2例因夜尿频繁影响睡眠。结论经围监测期的细节护理,有效提高PSG对OSAHS的监测成功率及监测过程中的舒适性。
Objective To explore the value of detailed nursing in patients with OSAHS polysomnography. Methods A total of 77 OSAHS patients were selected from January 2019 to September 2020, and they were subjected to polysomnography monitoring and nursing intervention. Results 3 cases were unable to fall asleep due to the unfamiliar environment, 3 cases were unable to fall asleep due to excessive leads, and 2 cases were affected by frequent nocturia. Conclusion The detailed care during the peri-monitoring period can effectively improve the success rate of PSG’s monitoring of OSAHS and the comfort during the monitoring process.
