舒适护理在鼻内镜术后患者护理中的应用分析

目的分析舒适护理在鼻内镜术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法以2018年11月-2020年11月为时限,对我院76例进行鼻内镜手术的患者进行分组处理,按手术顺序得到对照组与实验组,各38例并分别配合常规护理及舒适护理,对比两组患者术后疼痛程度以及生活质量改善情况。结果解析VAS量表得分,护理后实验组(3.23±1.19)明显低于对照组(5.12±1.02),t=9.878,P<0.05;解析SF-36量表得分,实验组四项积分明显高于对照组,组间差异显著P<0.05。结论舒适护理在鼻内镜术后患者护理中应用效果明显好于常规护理,对减轻患者术后疼痛感、改善患者生活质量有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients after endoscopic sinus surgery.
