优质护理在冠心病合并耳鸣患者护理中的应用效果

目的分析优质护理在冠心病合并耳鸣患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择66例在2018年8月~2019年9月期间我院收治的冠心病合并耳鸣患者作为研究对象,根据患者的收治时间将其分为对照组(2018年8月~2019年2月)和观察组(2019年3月~2019年9月),每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,对比护理前后患者的病情管理能力评分以及耳鸣严重程度评分。结果护理后,两组患者的症状管理、药物使用、情绪管理评分均有所提高,耳鸣严重程度评分有所降低,(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病合并耳鸣患者护理中应用优质护理,可以减轻耳鸣程度,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and tinnitus. Method Sixty six patients with coronary heart disease complicated with tinnitus admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects, The patients were divided into control group(August 2018 to February 2019) and observation group(March 2019 to September 2019) according to the admission time,33 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,The observation group was given high quality nursing,The scores of disease management ability and tinnitus severity were compared before and after nursing. Result After nursing, Symptom management, drug use and emotion management scores of the two groups were improved,Tinnitus severity score decreased, P < 0.05. Conclusion Application of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with tinnitus,It can reduce the degree of tinnitus,It is worthy of clinical promotion.
